I was going through some of my saved photos and came across this perspective on the advancement of the telephone in the future.  It is an Associated Press article from 1953.

Just thought I would share,  Charll

Pretty accurate prediction !
Only thing he missed is that it will be used by Big Brother to monitor our every move.

Dear Charll, it is absolutely impressive! Especially considering that the inventors of the transistor, the first solid state device, won the Nobel prize in 1956.
I have myself some of the first commercial European transistors, which were on market in the sixties.
And that guy, in 1953, was speculating about possibilities that are only possible through integrated circuits and microprocessors!

At least he was a lot better at predicting the future than Steve Ballmer.

Impressive!
But Ballmer was trying to keep his own 'Market Share', not prefict the future.
I just saw this,
