George,

I only just came across this post!

I agree, the stylized tendril motif on the base, set inside a double circle, is most interesting. From the photo it looks as if the same motif is repeated immediately above the base rim. Is that correct?

I am no expert on B&W porcelains. I wonder if Joey and the others have come across this before.

Hi George,

I have seen a few of this kind of motif on the base of B&W, its not so common, but also not very real tho, its just like the pattern mark on the base.

Very attractive bottle..
