I requested information of a seller in China and received this reply.
I think there are Chinese characters in place of the '?' marks.
Has anyone further info on this school.

"This bottle was made by a folk artist. In first face,The word "??means ?spring??In the another face ?the words "Huh???means ?peony and two birds??pronunciation is?mu dan shuang shou tu".The words HuhHuh means ?made in tiger year".
The school of the artist is Ji Pai.."

Cannot copy image but if you look at Ebay.com and enter:
13604 Chinese inside painting snuff bottle Plum
you will view 3 images of the bottle. The time left on auction is 1 day 12 hrs when I posted this reply.
On closer inspection, while I think it is alright I am not bidding for it.
Just thought it was an interesting possibility!

Magnus.
