Li Xuegang was, and presumed still is, an artist with the Xisan Academy; page 204 of 'Chinese Inside Painting of the Modern Age'.  Don't know much about this artist, but Li Xuegang likes painting tigers and this one is a beauty!

Tigers in the snow, painted June 2003. The bottle is just under 3 inches (7.3 cm) in height including the stopper.

Enjoy, Charll
