Just bought this beautiful blue as a buy it now off eBay..

Having a hard time figuring out the signature though..

As Tom said, the harder you work, the luckier you are!!

The artist is " Liu qiao" I am not familiar with the artist at all, maybe other fellas can tell a little bit background of the artist, I also will do some research for you soon.

Liu Qiao   appears  on Bill's  website   ( also  my  DB)

All that  us  known about  him there  is "unknown artist  pre-1950's"

Yes, "going on the hunt" really paid off for this one.. As the buy it now price was 9.99 !  Smiley  It was not listed under snuff bottles..

Thank you both for the artist and for pointing me to Bill's examples..

Will see if I can find more Liu Qiao informaiton and bottle examples ..

You guys are tops !
