George,

I wonder if this is Zhang Guang Qin (aka, Zhang Guangqing).  According to my reference Zhang founded the Zhang Guang Qin Inside Painting Art Institute in Yantai, Shandong in 2005.  He and his son Zhang Lu Hua seem to be working together and have put out a resent hardcover publication of their IPB works, "Zhang and Zhang, the Literati and Their Art".

Did you get the price list as will for the bottles illustrated?  The least expense bottles start at $12,000 US and go to a high of $200,000 US!
