Just send  me  your postal  address   by private  email and I will post  you a  copy on USB  memory  stick

TO :  All those  who have  already received my  DB  on a  memory  stick  sent  FOC  by me,  please   send  back the  memory  stick  by normal   airmail  post  ( no  need  to use   registered  post)   to  me
