Hello again,

What might be the dating for this hexagon simple blue and white bottle? Very simple design with bats and a set of flowers.

I just read that the reason that the bottle has so much empty space, is that they were used as medicine bottles. The blank area was for a label.

Sound reasonable?

I agree that this could easily have been originally intended as a medicine bottle, but not as sure the blank panels on an hexagon bottle were used for labeling.. I believe only the four panel bottles were intended for labeling..
