Unfortunately I do not read Chinese as well, but the style looks familiar to me.  It could be an early work of Li Kechang or in the style of some of the earlier works by Li Kechang. 

In the Chinese Snuff Bottle Society of America newsletter March 1973 there is an article written by Michael Kaynes, "Climbing Ying Mountain", there is a set or series of very similar bottles that Michael introduced that were painted by Li Kechang in 1966.  Attached is one such unsigned bottle that I have in my collection.

We'll have to see if any of our other members can read the script.
