Hi Everyone,

Instead of raking wet leaves, I thought I'd post a few more bottles.  I'm pretty sure they're cabinet bottles, not meant to be used, but only for display.  The first is jade, and measures 1 7/8". I like the embellished eyes on this one.  Purchased in Hong Kong 1968. The second is tea crystal, and I forgot to get the measurment. Embarrassed It is pre 1940.  As cabinet bottles, am I right to assume they're dating to be 1880-1940?  As always, I appreciate all feedback!

Cheers,

Rube.

Dear Rube,

Yes they are both cabinet bottles and I agree with your dating.
The first bottle is Jadeite, as is its superb stopper (much better than the bottle, in my opinion.).

    Best,
Joey
