Hi Everyone,

Here's one more ivory bottle I'd like to share with you and get opinions on.  It measures 2 1/8" w/o stopper, and
all I know is it's pre 1942.  Am I right in guessing it's Japanese and post 1880? I can't remove stopper or look on the base due to adhesives, sorry.

Another beautiful ivory bottle Rube ..

My best guess is that it was made right at your 1942 date..

Dear Rube,

      I agree that it is close to your 1942 'cutoff date', but it might be as old as 1930.
But not a very good example.
