Hi All,

While  not intending to pour  more  oil onto the  flames,  I have quietly resigned from the  ICSBS  this  year (by  just not  renewing my  subscription) .

 I have felt the need to  do this in view of the  Society's  total lack  of  interest  in MIPBs  (apart  from a  sporadic  burst in 2014 which  quickly died)

However, I never suffered  any  of the  unfortunate administration problems mentioned  below so maybe it was  just a  temporary glitch  in the  admin system.  Also  I  received my journals  three time  per year without  any  problem - but  maybe   that was  because the  journal  is  published  in HK (I think actually  in  Shenzhen by  CA Design  which  is a  HK-based  company) , so  my journal copies  always  came by local  post

PS:  Many will be shocked to learn that the word “democracy” was neither used in the Declaration of Independence nor in the American Constitution. Indeed, the Founding Fathers were anxious and fearful of allowing any form of tyranny, including the tyranny of the majority.
The  USA  was  set  up  specifically  as a Republic !
