Hot  from the local news  in Hong Kong (well....lukewarm ...the  pic was  taken  when I happened to be  visiting  Geoff's home  a few  weeks  ago  to  see his   VMIPB  collection) :

The  headline in Chinese  reads:

HONG KONG  CHIEF  EXECUTIVE (ELECT) CARRIE LAM 林鄭月娥 CONGRATULATES  FAMOUS  LOCAL COLLECTOR  OF  VMIPBS  彭达理  ON PURCHASING YET ANOTHER BOTTLE  (boring...)
