Ah, the wonders of this forum. I really wasn't expecting anyone to have anything like this bottle.

I'm wondering about it being Tibetan.

Most Tibetan bottles have twisted wire filigree work but I haven't seen any filled with enamel as on this bottle. It also doesn't have any inset stone or semi precious stone which they don't seem able to resist.

There may be a sense of a European influence to it ?

I'm in two minds as to cleaning it. Show it has age or clean it so it reflects the way it's maker intended it to be seen.
