Peter was right to be confused - it seems there are two artists using the same pen name Tie Min (鉄民) although from two different generations.

Peter's Wang Tie Min was painting bottles in the 1990s using Tie Min (鉄民) - here is one of mine



with signature panel



The latest Tie Min (鉄民) is painting calligraphy in the 2016+ years.

I hope I've got my Chinese right.
