Dear Steven,

May G-D Grant you and all my other friends on the Forum, all the best buys of great snuff bottles!

Del Boy & Rodney are from the hit BBC series, "Only Fools and Horses". They are shady market stall traders in the Cockney area of London, and always trying to trick people and try to get rich quick. Of course, they always lose, because they outsmart themselves.
And Del Boy always talks about 'the punters' (the customers, but in the sense of 'the marks who can be cheated).

   Best,
Joey
