Dear Toni-Lee,

      First of all, perfect size to examine. Please go back and correct the others. There is a 'modify' button in each of your own posts. Only you can correct mistakes, etc. (Possibly George can, as well).

Now, the important info: This is a really nice example of a mid-19th C. (ca.1830-1880) Shadow Agate.  The Taotie (carved mock ring handles to the narrow sides) are very nicely carved.
