Adrian,

It is an interesting IPSB, with that kind of shape usually seen in material bottles.

The artist called himself/herself ' 玉青(Yu Qing) ' and he painted it in the Summer month 夏月  of the
year 丁酉 ( 1957 or 1897 ).

Regards,
Inn Bok

Hi Inn Bok,

Thank you for the translation and as Joey says, 2017 could be possible ! It doesn't have the surface wear I would expect for something with too much age so I would tend to think 1957 as most likely.

Regards, Adrian.

We haven't had a Friday Fun Bottle for some time so I am happy to step forward with an offering. Hopefully since the first Friday Fun Bottles I was posting the quality is getting better  Grin

A miniature ceramic bottle with a crackled green glaze, 28mm high, moulded with circular panels, the overall shape octagonal.

There is another example in the Marquess of Exeter's collection with an open dating of 1770-1900.

Regards, Adrian.

Dear Adrian,

Interesting little bottle, but poorly photographed. Sorry.
Best,
Joey

As Joey has said, they aren't the best pictures as it's so small and doesn't stand up but the panels are not concave although they look as if they are in the pictures so no miniature integrated snuff dishes  Sad

The glaze was described as "duck egg blue" but doesn't seem to fit that description but I like the colour and glaze.

Regards, Adrian.

Dear Adrian,

Is it actually enamelled Yixing pottery?
Best,
Joey
