Hi Samson,

Thank you for the translation. I'm with Tom in saying it doesn't seem to fit with the painting. If these types of bottles were commissioned by a scholarly type owner then I imagined it might relate to Mr X's mountain retreat where he found the peace beneficial to his study or something similar.
