The items are made on ivory and have the CITIES certificate.

I can not tell if they are polychrome on ivory or bone from the pics...  A couple look more like bone.

We decided to not share values for items still up on the auction block until after the auction Albert...

Thanks for the answer, me neither can see if the items are made in bone or ivory, but I trust in the auction house.
If the items are not made in ivory I will not pay, because the auction is in my city, not online.

If you can handle them before the auction, you shouldn't have to much difficulty in telling if they are ivory or not. Good luck.

I prefer don't spend time to go to the shop by handle them before the auction, because I think that my bit will be very small. In the other hand if the items are carved in ivory, I'm sure that I  like them.

Thanks for the answers.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.  I hope you are able to capture these bottles.  The facial expressions show a bit of attitude! LOL   Jo
