For those interested in Archaic images, this Mao Kung Ting, a study of bronze vessels is a good book..

Interestingly, it presents an understanding differently from The Origins Of Chinese Characters that David shared with us..

It helped me make more sense with Tom's jade bottle, and reads just as Pin described..  Which I never doubted  Wink

There are a couple of copies on eBay for cheap.. Well worth the 25.00..
