Thanks Joey - Lilla Perry's comments keep coming to mind about her own glass bottle that was a dead ringer for jade. I do have an account with the GIA, and think that I might send it just to be sure. I don't think I can stand to have an open mystery on my hands! But it might take me a few months of admiring it before I will let it go away for a couple of months.

And no worries about scanning the book - I just got it on Amazon. But thank you!
