Hi Paul,

I am a complete newbie to collecting, and like you have so many questions. I just read Lilla Perry's book "Chinese Snuff Bottles - The Adventures & Studies of a Collector" and it was so enlightening!

One thing she includes is the most common bottle shapes.

It's an excellent book that answers many of my questions and it's $3.95 on Amazon - you can't beat that.
