Dear Samson,

Welcome from me as well. I live most of the year in Jerusalem Israel, and summers in Ireland. I collect inside painted both antique and modern, antique Jades, and antique Blue & White porcelains.
Best,
Joey

Dear YT,

I must admit that I've never acquired a taste for 'Century Eggs', but have heard the Roast Goose there is great as well.  Grin Wink

Best,
Joey

Dear Joey,

If you do go, please be prepared to wait and must try their roast pork too.
I was there just a few days ago and the queue was still ok considering their Michelin star and their affordable pricing.

Cheers,
YT

Dear YT,

Roast pork?! Is it roasted on the same vessels as their roast goose?
If so, I can't eat either. If they roast the pork separately from the goose, I can have the goose, at least.

     Best,
Shabbat Shalom,
Joey

Oops Joey!!

I am not sure if they roast it together in the same vessel. The restaurants that I have been to for roast goose all sells roast pork. I will try to ask them next time there.

Sorry about that.

Dear YT,

No need to apologise! But I'd appreciate it if you could check for me. It never entered my mind that the two types of meat, pork and poultry, MIGHT be roasted together, till you wrote that. And it would be a 'dealbreaker' for me, since I am forbidden pork products.

I was visiting Rick in New Orleans 12 days ago, and we went out to lunch. I specifically said I was forbidden to eat pig products, and the salad came 5 min. later with bacon crumbled on top! I asked what it was, and the waiter said "bacon". I asked which animal it came from, and the answer was "pig". They changed the salad...
Best,
Shabbat Shalom,
Joey
