Dear All,

I am sharing a nice little glass snuff bottle with a quartz rutilated stopper. Are there any clues that may help us to date this bottle?

It measures 3.5 cm.

Kindest Regards,

Marcos

 Dear George,

I have seen similar types classed as "Imperial workshop" but not with this tear-shaped drop at the bottom.

Regards,

Marcos

I think that is what is left of the pontil from blowing the glass by hand..  I think we just can't recognize it from looking at the base as it has been ground flat..
