Lets see if I am on track with this one.

Undergalze blue and copper red, concentric rings, 3 3/8", which best I am able to guess may be Late 18th, Early 19th .  But, I do not understand either the band design, or the way the dots are laid out. And would also really like to see deeper concentric rings for a Late 18th, Early 19th bottle. So a couple things are bothering me about it.

The scene is from the Romance of the Western Chambers. The one person ( attendant ? ) that is introducing had to do with informing the seated official of an upcoming event or play.. Thought I bookmarked it, but not able to find it again.  Steven noted on a previous exampled theme that the lady in the bubble is imagining that she is dating with the young guy, kinda like day dream.

Not sure why the buyer asked to return it, but I agreed and am just going hang on to it..

Darn !

I tried to be as patient as possible before posting. Broke open a few books, magazines, etc, and thought I was on track.. But those of you who know me, know well I am not well studied with porcelain  Wink

For you new members.. Here is a perfect example of me still making mistakes !  I expect there will be even more mistakes to be shared in the future as well  Cheesy  It's  a heck of a learning curve..

Thank you Steven ...
