I agree with YT, rather than George (sorry, George  Wink), because I used to have an example of this type in my own collection.

        Examples are illustrated in Hugh Moss' Chinese Snuff Bottles #5, one of a series of six quite small (24cm H X 15.5cm W)  books published by him in the mid 1960s & early 1970s, the first 4 softcover, the last two hardcover.

        Volume 3 showcased the collection of Mr. & Mrs. Gerry Mack of NYC, while #6  (Dec.1974) showcased the collection of the Marquess of Exeter, in Burghley House, near Peterborough in England.

        Volume #5 is dedicated to Porcelain snuff bottles.
