I have a bottle which I believe is a snuff bottle.  It looks more like that than anything else.  The bottle has an applied top and bubbles in the glass and looks like 19th Century construction.  The quandary is the embossed logo on the bottom.  It is a pince-nez with a chain that spells out a script Ko or Ho.

Does anyone know what this is or can direct me in my research?
Thanks
Jerry
