YT,

The following comments are just based on what I think I’m seeing in the photos.  If I were cataloging this bottle I would label it “Laque Burgaute on Metal” as Joey indicated. It appears Japanese in origin as previously indicated.  A brown lacquer bottle on a brass body with etched sea-ear, gold and silver color etched metals in a fresh water pond and floral paneled design.
Also, the brown lacquer is etched or carved through to expose the brass body to create the ripple effect on the water.

In regard to other comments, the bottle body material appears to be brass rather than bronze because of the gold tone in the metal.  Bronze typically has a copper or reddish tone to it.  The silver metal I would think is a silver or nickel alloy.  Pewter tends to be pretty soft and would tarnish more readily to a darker blackish hue.

Also, this seems to be a very high quality bottle (and likely very expensive) and I would expect it to have some 'provenance' background.

Hope this helps, Charll
