Based  on the  latest  pics  I would   say  with  100%  certainty  that  it's a  real   painting of  your  beautiful  baby Smiley

Anyway, although  I  have  first  hand  evidence  of   ZY  signing  on  his  students' bottles  I  am certain that  he  would  never  let  any of  his   students   use    any  photo-enhanced  "cheating"   techniques

Just  for  my  own personal  interest :   do you  know  which  student  paid  for  it  and  what  was the  price (please  reply  by private  message  if you   wish )
