Dear Marilyn,

One eentsy teentsy thing you can learn from us (hopefully), is to learn the difference between a comma and an apostrophe.  Wink   Grin   Roll Eyes

What is your snuff bottle like? What is it made of?

Best to you,
Shabbat Shalom,
Joey

Hi   again  Marilyn

Please don't   take my past rubbish   (and  maybe  off   target  jokes )   in the  wrong  way  !     Roll Eyes

We  really  welcome  you  to the   Forum   and  to  show   sincerity  here's  my  first- ever  bottle    which I  purchased  at   a  gift  shop    at  the    foot  of the  Great  Wall  of   China    over 10 years   ago

A silly   thing  indeed,  but   since  then  I  must have  invested  close to  US$100  -  200   thousands     on  inside  painted  bottles  and    the   resale  value  must now  be  US$ 1   million  or  more.    There  are  in  fact   low  quality   bottles  on  display  at  China  Arts  and  Crafts  in HK   by  artists  whose   very   best   works  I have  collected  and  they    are    marked  at  over  US$100 K  each.

The  key  is to  buy  for  love.   That  will  not  always  be a   good    guideline  if  investment  is  your   goal.  But  it  sure  will  ensure that  your  little  collection   always  gives  you   real  JOY   - as  does  my  collection !

Cheers

Peter
