Hi, I recently picked up a couple of snuff bottles at a garage sale and was wondering if they have any value.  One has red markings on the bottom, but the other does not.  Hoping someone can point me in the right direction

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Unfortunately, both are late 20th tourist bottles which don't have much value.

Hi Leigh,

Welcome to the forum!

I tend to agree with Steven's comments. Although they could be a little older than "late" 20th century. I recall seeing many of this type of bottle in Asian market stalls in the mid-1970s.
But yes, not likely to be older that that.

Dear Tom,
just to learn a bit more of English language: how should be called mid 1970? I too would have called it "late 20th" century.
BTW, the bottle is completely printed, including the mark.
Kind regards
Giovanni

Dear Giovanni,

I would also have said late 20th C., or last quarter of the 20th C. to be more precise.
Best,
Joey

Many thanks to all, I guess my find won't make me rich but it's a good start to learning more about them.
