Just bought this one, and I think "Perillo" is referencing an artist named Gregory Perillo..

Perhaps the IP artist copied this from one of his paintings.. Not sure..

Could someone please translate the Chinese scripts for me though..

Yes, Gregory Perillo is a quite well-known American artist from the 1980-90s who painted many images of North American Indians, many with birds or animals next to them (which is why I know).

I'm sure this is a copy of one of his paintings, it's certainly a copy of his signature. The reference given C012/500 is presumably the 12th copy of 500 of a print version.

Hi George,

I like the bottle a lot, I actually thought about bidding it. The artist is not a famous one, but the painting skill is very very good in my opinion, I won't be surprised if he is a master now if he is still painting.

I will try to find his other bottle if I have time, too busy these days, only can spend little time on bottles,:(

Thank you Geoff, and yes Steven, I also thought it was a real nice portrait painting.

My initial search through the forum did not turn anything up, but today did find this post by Inn Bok

Zhang Zhi Li from Heibei , born 1967. He was a student of Li Guang Li ( 李广立 )and Xu Peng Qi ( 许鹏启 ) when he started IP career.
