Dear Joey,
you buy from another "planet"  Grin Grin

I totally agree with Giovanni  Grin

In this era, it is simply not possible to purchase good and real quality bottles this way.

Thank you.

Hi Giovanni :

The Dark Brown bottle was sold at USD800. The original auction house was HGPY NY International.

The Auction house now is Eddie's Auction... coming up on Aug 31st

Dear Giovanni,

I am not sure where Pin saw it being sold before.  It appears to be one of three amber bottles for sale by Eddie's Auction house in New York, to be auctioned on 31 August. Here are the links for all three:

Dear Joey,
actually it is not you that do not understand, but myself that has not fully explained it. Why have I not said that? Here you can see how sometimes we (or at least, me) do think in a strange way: I didn’t say that because I thought to be not so important, but I have to admit that, if I were in your place, I would have made the same question!
Kind regards
Giovanni

Thank you dear Pin and Tom. I see that all the three bottles do start with an already relatively high price. Is it just because they are amber or is it for the type of amber?

If it is 'butterscotch' on top, and very pale Mi La  on the bottom, is it 'Butterscotch Sundae' Amber? You could put a red amber stopper on top (like a maraschino cherry?).  Grin
I finally figured out that ROFL stood for 'rolling on floor laughing'.!

Dear Giovanni,

In my opinion none of the three bottles shown are especially good examples of amber, and are a little over priced. But it's always a matter of supply and demand, so they may fetch high prices.
