Dear Tom, all,
I find really incredible that the major Auction houses put this simple line in the description of objects of high value: "Ask for conditions report". That is a real shame, clearly they are relying on the fact that many potential buyers assume that the object is ok. That is not honest at all!
They should be forced to include the conditions report in the description.
