Opening of Wang Xisan Museum in BJ 27-29 May 2011

Hi All,

Is  anyone  on the  Forum planning to  join this event ?  I  certainly  will be going ! It  will the  THE  event of the  decade  for  Inside - Painted  Bottles in China 

It's  a  3 - day   program , with the   official  Museum opening  on Friday  27.5, then a  day trip to  Shijiazhuang  on    Saturday  28.5  to see the  Wang Xisan  Museum there   which was opened  in 2010, and finally  on Sunday  29.5  an official   welcoming  ceremony  for   a number  of  new  Chinese  members  of  the   ICSBS and opening  of the "ICSBS BJ Clubhouse"

The    whole  event    is based  at the   Huashanyuan Hotel  in BJ and  includes   staying   at this  hotel  from   night of   thursday   26.5   until  monday   30.5.   

It  seems  ( and I  do  emphasize  seems) that  everything is  paid for by the  Museum  sponsors, including meals, and hotel  accomodation . My wife   and I have  got an  invitation   via Jill  (  Guo  Jie ) @  XG Arts, BJ  whom we know very well . I am still not  clear  if we   have to  pay ourselves  for the hotel  , or  if  Jill is  paying  on our  behalf,  or   whatever  (anyway, we are   more than  happy  to pay)
