Dear Micaela,
Did you somehow reverse the bottom photo with the mark? It is a reversed Qianlong reign mark, sadly not of the period. 'Of the period' means from the Qianlong Emperor's reign (1736-1795). A genuine one would never have the mark put on like that. It would be centred and carefully placed parallel to the base.
It might be ca. 1900-1950 or as late as 2010. I am sorry, I can't tell from the picture.
The design should show five bats around the 'Shou' (Long Life) symbol, but only shows 4. Is there another bat above the group? It should be a rebus, with 5 bats equaling the 5 blessings ('bat' is pronounced 'fu' in Mandarin Chinese; 'blessing' is also pronounced 'fu'; thus 'bat' equals 'blessing'), always shown as a group of bats (symbolizing long life, health, wealth, many children, and an easy death).
Below the central design, it looks like a phoenix.
Best,
Joey

Hi Mica,

That is a contemporary bottle, no more than 20 years old.

Dear Micaela,
I would trust Steven's judgement over my own over the internet.
