I am sorry. I think I make a mistake. You probably mean the round-flattened bottle with a squirrel ready to jump off the branch.

Adrian,

I suppose you mean the same bottle.
This bottle does have a similar internal surface condition like the one prepared for inside painting, finely roughened, but used for overlay of two colors ( blue on red ).

The other face of the bottle is attached.
