Thank you Steven for the artist name..

Born in Raoyang County, Hebei province in 1983. Started to learn inside
painting arts following Lu Jianguang. Paints animals, flowers, birds, and landscape.

Shown in both of Jill's Fall 2010, and Autumn 2012 catalogues.

If someone can please translate the entire script both on the front and reverse sides
for me, that would be great  Smiley

According to the calligraphy in the bottle, the artist should be Wang Wei.

In Jill's Fall 2010, and Autumn 2012 catalogues, there is also an artist named Wang Wei. I know him, so I showed the pictures to him, but he told me that it was not his works.

So I think there should be another Wang Wei in the field of inside painting art.

I will try to find some information on this bottle.

When Steven first told me this was signed Wang Wei, he was not so sure it was the same Wang Wei either..

Maybe a long shot, but do the seals reference a possible school on these Mike ?

George,

The pair of bottles as you presented seems a little odd or is very unique.  The bottle on the left with the calligraphy is nicely detailed and well proportioned.   The one on the right is not as well done and appears to be by a different artist.  Could this set be a Wang Wei original and an apprentice bottle?  As based on the photos alone, if I were to see these bottles online or at show, the bottle on the left would have caught my attention, on the one on the right I would have quickly passed over.

I thought the same thing Charll..  Seems like the artist meant to create a pair.. I am thinking that is why he signed only one with the intent that both would remain together.. ??

Unique is what came to my mind..

Maybe it is the pics I first posted.. Here are a couple side by side. Slight differences, but they look to me like both painted by the same artist..

George,

It may just be me, but I see a number of differences in the brush stokes and use of color intensity between the two bottles.  I still feel it is two different artists.

Hi George

Those   two    bird bottles   also  do not look to me  be  Wang Wei

The   real Wang Wei has a  a very  distinctive   style ( see my  DB   for  examples)

The style  of those    bird bottles  is  completely different

Cheers
Peter
