I have seen this shaped bottle with the round, extra convex shaped center before, but not often..

This one looks similar to ones like the auction bottle below..

Smaller in comparison to the 65 mm bottle, at just 53 mm.

Charll ID the stamped three character mark as simply Qianlong..

Here is the only similar bottle I could find so far from an old auction

George,
In my opinion, yours looks more authentic than the auctioned example. I'm not saying it is late 18th C., but it could be. It is very attractive.

I also think George's bottle could be right, the only concern is the painting of the figure looks a little bit modern to me, the auctioned bottle is painted in the old way in my eyes.

Really don't know..., George, do you feel the bottle is heavy compared to its size or light? is the outer surface very smooth on your hand, or not so much? is there any sign of usage inside the bottle?

I think it feels smooth Steven.. No hint of any snuff having ever been inside..

As for weight.. The bottom pic shows a bottle that you have probably held many of.. Very close to the same size.. Mine weighs 28 grams, and the other is 34..

I took a couple of better pics for you to have a look at for the paintings..

I found one more example... Overall, a whole lot nicer..

Quite a difference from mine, but just to share for comparison.. It does share the same gold colored gilding as on mine...

This one is the same 2" height as mine..

Old auction link...

That auctioned bottles were copied a lot recently, I have seen quite a few fakes on the market, almost identical with this one.

I really can't put my finger on yours, if let me guess, I will say a early 20th copy, the painting style just don't look right, also Mark doesn't right to me as well, too thin, looks like written by pen, not brush..

But its just my 2 cent worth...
