I am not as good with these as others here.. I will take a guess towards 1950/1970

Actually pretty nice paintings..

Yes to the copper.. Enamel over copper..

Keith and George,

Yes, these are enamel on a copper base.  I would state as very modern, for these are still very common items presently being made and coming out of China.

I agree with Charll - they are both modern products, 1980s or newer.
