Both are very nice monochrome, contemporary, snuff bottles.  I would agree with your expectation on the date as being 1970 or likely after.  I have spent a lot of time on the web looking at bottles over the last five years, particularly on Ebay.  These bottles with the matching porcelain stoppers are quite common and are currently being made in China.  Occasionally some of these newer bottles have an exceptionally beautiful form and/or glaze coloration that I’ve been tempted to purchase one myself. Dating as to when these bottles were made is going to be dependent on the information you have from the purchasing source, or on the any known provenance of the bottles (i.e., whether they were purchased by someone previously and when).

Welcome to the Forum and I hope this information is useful.
